参芪五藤汤配合来氟米特治疗气虚络阻证类风湿关节炎的效果及对关节功能、血清RF和ESR水平的影响

摘　　要：目的:探讨参芪五藤汤联合来氟米特治疗气虚络阻证类风湿关节炎(RA)的效果及对关节功能、血清类风湿因子(RF)、红细胞沉降率(ESR)水平的影响。方法:纳入我院2021年10月—2022年10月收治88例气虚络阻证RA患者为研究对象,按照随机信封法分为观察组、对照组,各44例。对照组使用来氟米特治疗,观察组在对照组基础上配合参芪五藤汤治疗,比较两组临床疗效、关节功能及ESR、RF水平,并记录治疗期间不良反应发生情况。结果:治疗8周,观察组治疗总有效率为95.45%,高于对照组的75.00%(P<0.05);观察组关节功能整体分级情况优于对照组(P<0.05);观察组RF、ESR水平低于对照组(P<0.05);两组治疗期间均有不良反应发生,但组间不良发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:参芪五藤汤配合来氟米特治疗气虚络阻证RA整体疗效确切,可有效改善患者关节功能,稳定病情,对患者血清RF、ESR水平的影响好,且不良反应未见增加,安全可靠。Objective:To investigate the effect of Shenqi Wuteng decoction combined with leflunomide in the treatment of rheumatoid arthritis(RA)with qi deficiency and collateral obstruction syndrome and its effect on joint function,serum rheumatoid factor(RF)and erythrocyte sedimentation rate(ESR).Methods:From October 2021 to October 2022,88 RA patients with qi deficiency and collateral obstruction syndrome were included in the study.According to the random envelope method,they were divided into observation group and control group,with 44 patients in each group.The control group was treated with leflunomide,and the observation group was treated with Shenqi Wuteng decoction on the basis of the control group.The clinical efficacy,joint function,ESR and RF levels were compared between the two groups,and the occurrence of adverse reactions during treatment was recorded.Results:After 8 weeks of treatment,the total effective rate of the observation group was 95.45%,which was higher than 75.00%of the control group(P<0.05).The overall grading of joint function in the observation group was better than that in the control group(P<0.05).The levels of RF and ESR in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Adverse reactions occurred in both groups during treatment,but there was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Shenqi Wuteng decoction combined with leflunomide has a definite overall effect in the treatment of RA with qi deficiency and collateral obstruction syndrome,which can effectively improve the joint function of patients,stabilize the condition,and have a good effect on the serum RF and ESR levels of patients.Meanwhile,the adverse reaction rate has not increased,which is safe and reliable.
