抚触联合捏脊的延伸护理模式在新生儿黄疸治疗期间的干预效果

摘　　要：目的:探究抚触联合捏脊的延伸护理模式在新生儿黄疸治疗中的效果。方法:选取2020年10月—2023年1月于商丘市第一人民医院就诊的新生儿黄疸患儿92例,随机分为对照组和观察组,各46例。两组均予以蓝光照射和益生菌治疗,在此基础上,对照组予以常规护理,观察组在常规护理基础上予以抚触联合捏脊的延伸护理。比较两组患儿不同时间段胆红素水平、黄疸消退和胎便变黄时间、胃肠道反应。结果:观察组经皮胆红素水平和血清胆红素水平均低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组黄疸消退时间和胎便变黄时间均短于对照组,排便次数多于对照组(P<0.05);观察组胃肠道不良反应发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:抚触联合捏脊延伸护理在新生儿黄疸治疗中的效果确切,可降低患儿胆红素水平,加快黄疸消退速度,缩短胎便变黄时间,改善患儿胃肠道功能。Objective:To explore the nursing effect of probiotics in the treatment of neonatal jaundice.Methods:A total of 92 children with neonatal jaundice from October 2020 to January 2023 were randomly divided into control group and observation group.The control group gave routine care to the newborns,and the observation group gave touch combined with chiropractic extension care on the basis of the routine care.Bilirubin level,jaundice regression and fetal yellowing time,gastrointestinal reaction.Results:The jaundice regression time and fetal yellowing time of observation group(P<0.05),the incidence of adverse reactions was significantly lower than control group(P<0.05),significantly more defecation than control group(P<0.05).At 7 and 14 days of intervention,the percutaneous bilirubin level and serum bilirubin level were significantly lower in the observation group than in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of touch combined curopractic extension nursing in the treatment of neonatal jaundice can significantly reduce the level of bilirubin in the children,accelerate the speed of jaundice regression,shorten the time of fetal yellowing,improve the gastrointestinal function of the children.
