摘　　要：分析了2020—2022年全国居民住宅火灾亡人概况,总结了火灾探测报警装置的原理与种类,指出了我国住宅建筑火灾探测报警装置的相关规范要求,进而针对住宅建筑推广安装火灾探测报警装置提出了几点建议,以望实现住宅建筑中火灾探测报警装置的逐渐覆盖直至全覆盖。The paper analyzes the general situation of the deceased in residential fires in China from 2020 to 2022,summarizes the principle and types of fire detection and alarm devices,points out the relevant specifications and requirements of fire detection and alarm devices in residential buildings in China,and then puts forward several suggestions for the promotion and installation of fire detection and alarm devices in residential buildings.It is hoped to achieve gradual coverage of fire detection and alarm devices in residential buildings until full coverage.
