摘 要:针对某燃煤电厂脱硫废水高温旁路干燥塔,采用流体计算动力学软件中离散相模型,进行了脱硫废水喷雾蒸发过程仿真及影响因素分析。研究结果表明,相比单喷嘴布置和四喷嘴布置,三喷嘴布置可以获得更佳的脱硫废水喷雾蒸发效果。提高烟气温度和烟气流速均有利于喷雾液滴的蒸发,但不是温度越高越好,也不是流速越快越好。将烟气用量对锅炉效率的影响纳入考虑,在等量脱硫废水条件下进行了高温旁路干燥塔蒸发系统的三因素优化仿真分析。研究结果表明,雾化粒径不超过80μm时,旁路干燥塔蒸发系统最佳工艺条件为烟气速度7~10 m/s和烟气温度600~623 K。For the desulphurization wastewater high temperature bypass drying tower of a coal-fired power plant,the discrete phase model in computational fluid dynamics software was used to simulate spray and evaporation process of the desulphurization wastewater and analyze the factors that affect the process.The results show that the three-nozzle arrangement can obtain a better desulphurization wastewater spray performance than that of the single-nozzle arrangement and the four-nozzle arrangement both.Either a higher flue gas temperature or a larger flue gas volume in a certain range is benefit to the evaporation of the spayed liquid droplet.The high temperature bypass drying tower evaporation system was simulated with three-factor optimization experiment method under a constant volume of desulphurization wastewater.The results show that a flue gas velocity of 7~10 m/s and a flue gas temperature of 600~623 K is best for the desulphurization wastewater high temperature bypass drying tower evaporation system when the atomized particle size did not exceed 80μm.
