摘  要:化工离心泵结构复杂,工作环境恶劣,存在微弱故障或故障未被及时发现、预测及诊断时会严重影响设备和生产安全。针对化工离心泵常见故障,基于长庆石化公司离心泵故障维修记录总结的故障类型,利用故障树分析原理建立了离心泵的故障树,通过定性和定量分析得到了故障发生的概率和各个底事件的重要度排名,估算了组件及系统的可靠度,依据计算的可靠度可对离心泵进行故障预诊断,明确日常维护方案。The structure of chemical centrifugal pumps is complex,and the working environment is harsh.When there are weak faults or faults are not detected,predicted,and diagnosed in a timely manner,it will seriously affect equipment and production safety.For common faults of chemical centrifugal pump,based on fault types summarized from maintenance records of Changqing Petrochemical Company,the fault tree analysis principle was used to establish a fault tree for centrifugal pumps.The probability of fault occurrence and the importance ranking of each bottom event were obtained through qualitative and quantitative analysis,and the reliability of components and systems was estimated.Based on the calculated reliability,fault prediagnosis of centrifugal pumps can be carried out,and daily maintenance plans can be clarified.
