摘 要:基于ANSYS WORKBENCH工作平台,采用分析设计的计算方法建立了带中心调节管的全废锅热交换器的有限元模型,并对其进行了稳态传热和静强度分析,得到了全尺寸的带中心调节管的全废锅热交换器的温度和应力强度分布场。计算结果表明,在高温工况下,耐火衬里、陶瓷套管和陶瓷纤维纸的防烫结构可以有效地保护好金属管板;即使在中心调节管完全失效的情况下,通过采用合理的分析计算方法和换热管布置形式,也能够有效地保证热交换器的安全;考虑传热影响工况下的管板应力强度要远高于不考虑传热影响的管板应力强度;当中心调节管完全失去作用而仅靠换热管进行工作时,热端管板会出现一个高温的温度环,而管板中心调节管位置以及布管区边缘位置则温度较低;由于中心调节管完全失效,冷端管板会在中心调节管的位置出现局部超温现象。Based on the ANSYS WORKBENCH work platform,the finite element model of the full waste pot heat exchanger with central adjusting tube was established by the computational method of analytical design,and steady-state heat transfer and static strength analyses were carried out,so as to obtain the temperature and stress-strength distribution field of the full waste heat boiler heat exchanger with central adjusting tube.The results show that the anti-scald structure of refractory lining,ceramic casing,and ceramic fiber paper can effectively protect the metal tube sheet under high temperature conditions;even in the case of complete failure of the central adjusting tube,the safety of the heat exchanger can be effectively ensured by adopting a reasonable analytical calculation method and heat exchanger tube arrangement;the stress intensity of the tube sheet under the condition of considering the influence of heat transfer is much higher than that of the tube sheet without considering the influence of heat transfer;When the central adjusting tube completely loses its function and only relies on the heat exchanger tube to carry out the work,the tube sheet at the hot end will have a high-temperature temperature ring,while the position of the tube sheet at the central adjusting tube and the position at the edge of the piping area will have a lower temperature.Due to the failure of the central adjusting tube,the tube sheet at the cold end will have a local over-temperature phenomenon at the position of the central adjusting tube.
