摘  要:复合板固定管板热交换器兼具高强度和耐腐蚀优点,在诸多行业中得到广泛应用。对复合板固定管板热交换器设计中的若干问题,如涉及复合管板相关事项、计算输入的简化及管孔结构的选择等进行了分析和探讨,论证了换热管承受轴向压应力时爆炸复合管板应用的可行性,点明了复合管板与换热管焊接连接拉脱应力计算中材料许用应力的取值误区,给出了SW6软件中壳程复层厚度的简化输入方式,阐明了复合管板与换热管连接方式的选择细节。可为复合板固定管板热交换器的设计提供有益参考。Clad steel plate fixed tube sheet heat exchangers have been widely used in many industries because of their combining the advantages of both strength and corrosion resistance.Several items in the design of clad steel plate fixed tube sheet heat exchanger were analyzed and discussed,such as clad tube sheet,simplification of calculation input and selection of tube-hole structure.The feasibility of explosion clad steel plate application when tubes were subjected to axial compression stress was demonstrated,the misconception of allowable material stress in the calculation of pull-out stress of tube-to-clad tube sheet joint was clarified.The simplified input method of shell-side clad plate thickness in SW6 software was presented,and the details of selecting the type of tube-to-clad tube sheet joint were expounded.It could provide a useful reference for the design of clad steel plate fixed tube sheet heat exchangers.
