摘  要:本文研究了有机磷酸酯类成核剂(NA-9930T)、取代芳基杂环磷酸盐类成核剂(NA-21)、芳香族二酰胺类成核剂(TMB-5)、山梨醇类成核剂(TH-3988)四种不同类型成核剂对均聚聚丙烯力学性能及结晶性能的影响。结果表明: α 型成核剂NA-9930T和 β 型成核剂TMB-5能够有效提高聚丙烯的结晶度,提升其部分机械性能。 α 型成核剂NA-9930T添加量为0.2%时,均聚聚丙烯的拉伸强度提高了9.8%,弯曲模量提高46.13%,结晶温度提高了12.1 ℃。TMB-5作为 β 型成核剂,当添加量为0.1%时,达到很好的增韧改性效果,冲击强度提高59%,断裂伸长率由15.83%提高到658.50%,结晶温度提高了8 ℃,通过DSC的熔融曲线可以看到明显的 α 晶型跟 β 晶型的熔融峰,说明 β 成核剂改变了TMB-5/PP晶形结构及其分布。The effects of Organic phosphate nucleating agents(NA-9930T)、Substituted aryl heterocyclic phosphate nucleating agents(NA-21)、Aromatic diamides nucleating agents(TMB-5)、sorbital nucleating agents(TH-3988)exerting to the mechanical and crystallization properties of isotactic polypropylene were investigated.The results show that theαnucleating agents of NA-9930T,theβnucleating agents of TMB-5 can effectively improve the crystallinity and some mechanical properties.0.2%of NA-9930T are added to PP,the tensile strength and flexural modulus of PP can be increased by about 9.8%and 46.13%,respectively,and the crystallization temperature can be increased by about 12.1℃.TMB-5 asβnucleating agent When the addition amount is 0.1%,the good toughening and modification effect is achieved,the impact strength is increased by 59%,The elongation at break increased from 15.83%to 658.50%,and the crystallization temperature is increased by 8℃.It can be seen from the melting curveαCrystal form andβCrystal form of crystallization peak by DSC,explainβnucleating agent changed the crystal structure and distribution of TMB-5/PP.
