摘  要:本文采用乳液接枝-树脂共混法制备AAS树脂,将AAS接枝粉与PVC、各种助剂掺混挤出造粒制备PVC/AAS合金,进行了工业化试验,并研究了各种影响因素。从而得出了制备PVC/AAS合金的最佳条件。In this paper,AAS resin was prepared by emulsion grafting and resin blending.The AAS grafted powder was mixed with PVC and various auxiliaries to prepare PVC/AAS alloy by extrusion granulation.Industrial experiments were carried out and various influencing factors were studied.The optimum conditions for preparing PVC/AAS alloy were obtained.
