摘　　要：超高压乙烯压缩机制造商在交付机组时为用户推荐了合成油DS270、矿物油S3PY220两种内部油品,但并未给出使用不同油品时对压缩机运行的影响,本文收集了国内某高压聚乙烯装置超高压乙烯压缩机内部油换油前后运行数据和近5年的检修数据,在聚合压力无明显变化时,充分对比和论述了内部油选型对超高压乙烯压缩机运行的影响,并针对性地提出了油品选用建议,在保证机组安全稳定运行的基础上,为生产装置降低生产成本。The manufacturer of ultra-high pressure ethylene compressor has recommended two kinds of cylinder lubrication oil products for users when delivering the compressor,synthetic oil DS270 and mineral oil S3PY220.But has not given the effect on the operation of the compressor when using different oil products,in this paper,the operation data of cylinder lubrication oil of the ultra-high pressure ethylene compressor in a domestic high pressure polyethylene plant in different periods before and after oil change and the maintenance data of the last 5 years have been collected,this paper fully compares and discusses the influence of cylinder lubrication oil selection on the operation of ultra-high pressure ethylene compressor,and pertinently puts forward suggestions on oil selection,on the basis of ensuring the safe and stable operation of the unit,reducing the production cost for the production unit.
