摘  要:根据塑件的结构特点及材料特性确定模具的设计要点,进而设计带二级顶出机构的电器面框注射模具。其中,设计热流道与普通流道相结合的浇注系统,以及镶拼式的成型零件和斜面定位机构,确保模具型腔顺利填充,并实现精确定位;设计斜导柱抽芯与斜滑块抽芯相结合的侧向抽芯机构,在此基础上设计出二级顶出机构,确保塑件能顺利抽芯与脱模;另外还设计冷却系统、非标模架及其他辅助机构。该模具结构合理,动作可靠,可为同类型的注射模具设计提供借鉴。According to the structure and material characteristics of plastic parts,the key points of mold design are determined,and then the injection mold of the electric frame with two-stage ejection mechanism is designed.Among them,design the feed system structure combining hot runner and common runner,as well as the inlaid molding parts and inclined plane positioning mechanism to ensure the smooth filling of mold cavity and accurate positioning;design the lateral core pulling mechanism combining inclined guide pillar core pulling with inclined slider core pulling,and then design the Two-Stage ejection mechanism to ensure the smooth core pulling and demoulding of plastic parts;in addition,cooling system,non-standard mold base and other auxiliary mechanisms are also designed.The structure of the mould is reasonable and the action is reliable,which can be used for reference in the design of injection mould of the same type.
