摘  要:改性聚丙烯材料常用作容器、电子电器等日常用品结构件,但其内部拉扯纤维走向会导致材料性能存在差异,研究材料的宏观各向异性可以进一步改进材料性能,拓展其工程应用。本文利用自行搭建的基于LabVIEW的冲击试验系统对不同取向下改性聚丙烯材料进行落锤冲击试验,研究各向异性对材料冲击断裂性能的影响。对比分析了不同取向下的冲击力与时间的波形图,比较各向异性分别在单轴拉伸、准静态断裂、冲击断裂三种状态下对材料力学性能的影响,分析了准静态断裂、冲击断裂断口微观形貌。结果表明:各向异性对材料拉伸强度影响不大,对准静态断裂性能有明显的影响,但对抗冲击断裂性能影响最大;横向取向下的材料具有最优的抗拉性能、抗断裂性能和抗冲击性能。Modified polypropylene materials are often used as structural parts of daily necessities such as containers and electronic appliances,but their internal pulling fiber direction will lead to differences in material properties,and studying the macro anisotropy of materials can further improve material properties and expand their engineering applications.Using the self-built impact test system based on LabVIEW,the drop weight impact test of modified polypropylene materials under different orientations was carried out to study the effect of anisotropy on the impact fracture properties of the materials.The waveforms of impact force and time under different orientations were compared and analyzed,the effects of anisotropy on the mechanical properties of materials under uniaxial tension,quasi-static fracture and impact fracture were compared,and the micro morphology of quasi-static fracture and impact fracture were analyzed.The results show that anisotropy has little effect on the tensile strength of the material,and has an obvious effect on the quasi-static fracture performance,but the impact fracture resistance has the greatest effect;The material with transverse orientation has the best tensile properties,fracture resistance and impact resistance.
