摘　　要：通过调整管式法LDPE装置生产工艺参数,观查加入丙烯前后的工况变化,对同时使用丙烯和丙醛作为分子量调整剂时反应器的撤热效果进行理论研究,根据反应温峰的变化现象来研究丙烯加入后对于产品结构性能的影响。By adjusting the production process parameters of tubular LDPE plant and observing the changes of working conditions before and after adding propylene,the heat removal effect of reactor with propylene and propanal as molecular weight regulator was theoretically studied,and the effect of adding propylene on product structure and performance was studied according to the change of reaction temperature peak.
