包装用无溶剂聚氨酯复膜胶的制备及性能研究

摘  要:针对传统溶剂型聚氨酯软包装复膜胶释放污染性物质的问题,制备一种更环保的无溶剂水性聚氨酯(SFWP)包装复膜胶,并对比不同配比下的聚氨酯复膜胶性能。结果表明,乳液性能测试得出当R值=1.2时,得出乳液的稳定性、外观等最佳;IPDI和甲苯二异氰酸酯(TDI)分别与PPG制备的复膜胶具备较好的力学性能,两种复膜胶拉伸强度可达9.66 MPa和11.86 MPa,且复膜胶剥离强度最低,分别为0.16 N/cm和0.11 N/cm。PPG与亚甲基二异氰酸酯(HDI)、异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯(IPDI)制备的复膜胶具备较好的可见光透过率达91.81%和89.74%。在实际工业运用中,可根据需求选择适合原料制备无溶剂复膜胶。In order to solve the problem of traditional solvent based polyurethane flexible packaging laminating adhesive releasing pollutants,a more environmentally friendly solvent free waterborne polyurethane(SFWP)packaging laminating adhesive is prepared,and the performances of polyurethane laminating adhesive with different proportions are compared.The results show that when R value=1.2,the stability and appearance of emulsion are the best;The laminating adhesive prepared using IPDI and TDI with PPG respectively has good mechanical properties.The tensile strength of the two kinds of laminating adhesive is 9.66 MPa and 11.86 MPa respectively,and the peel strength of laminating adhesive is the lowest,which is 0.16 N/cm and 0.11 N/cm respectively.The laminating adhesive prepared by PPG,HDI and IPDI has good visible light transmittance,reaching 91.81%and 89.74%respectively.In the practical industrial application,the suitable raw materials can be selected according to the needs to prepare the solvent free laminating adhesive.
