摘  要:为在节约能源的同时提高材料性能,制备了一种稻壳灰改性橡胶聚丙烯纤维混凝土材料,并通过动/静态力学试验研究其性能。静态力学性能测试结果表明,随着稻壳灰含量的增加,材料的抗压强度、劈裂抗拉强度以及抗折强度先上升后下降,当稻壳灰掺量为20%时,达到最大临界值,分别为32.05 MPa、5.16 MPa和7.26 MPa,比基准试件分别提高30.77%、28.36%和46.37%;动态力学性能测试结果表明,当稻壳灰含量为20%时,分级循环加卸载应力-应变曲线呈现出先密后疏的趋势,且随着疲劳次数的增加,材料弹性模量平稳上升,从3.45 GPa上升到4.76 GPa。因此本试验制备的稻壳灰改性橡胶聚丙烯纤维混凝土具备良好的力学性能和抗变形能力。In order to save energy and improve material properties,a kind of rice husk ash combined with rubber modified polypropylene fiber concrete is prepared,and its properties are studied by dynamic/static mechanical tests.The test results of static mechanical properties show that with the increase of rice husk ash content,the compressive strength,splitting tensile strength and flexural strength of the material firstly increase and then decrease.When the rice husk ash content is 20%,the maximum critical value is 32.05 MPa,5.16 MPa and 7.26 MPa,respectively,which is 30.77%,28.36%and 46.37%higher than the standard sample;The test results of dynamic mechanical properties show that when the content of rice husk ash is 20%,the stress-strain curve of grading cyclic loading and unloading shows a trend of first dense and then sparse,and with the increase of fatigue times,the elastic modulus of material rises steadily from 3.45 GPa to 4.76 GPa;Therefore,the rice husk ash combined with rubber modified polypropylene fiber concrete prepared in this test has good strength and deformation resistance.
