摘 要:以城市生活垃圾焚烧飞灰(简称飞灰)协同城市生活垃圾焚烧底渣(简称底渣)制备轻质低硅铝型陶粒,研究飞灰/底渣掺量、焙烧条件对陶粒性能的影响,分析热处理后矿物相转变、微观形貌,并从重金属浸出角度评估成品陶粒的质量。结果表明:(1)在最佳原料掺量(质量分数)为飞灰20.0%、底渣40.0%、凝灰岩40.0%,最佳焙烧参数为预热温度500℃、焙烧温度1100℃、焙烧时间10 min的条件下,陶粒的颗粒强度为2014 N,堆积密度为890 kg/m^(3),1 h吸水率为8.60%。(2)焙烧过程中生成了新物相(透辉石、钙铁辉石和硅灰石),并且陶粒内部形成了丰富的多孔结构。(3)陶粒中Cr、Ni、Zn、As、Cd、Pd浸出毒性远低于《污水综合排放标准》(GB 8978—1996)。Municipal solid waste incineration fly ash and municipal solid waste incineration bottom ash were co-disoposed for preparing lightweight low-silicon-aluminum ceramsite,effects of fly ash/bottom ash dosage and roasting conditions on the properties of ceramsite were studied,the phase transformation of minerals and the micro-morphology after thermal treatment were analyzed and the quality of the resulting product in terms of the leaching of heavy metals was assessed.The results showed that:(1)the optimal synthetic condition of lightweight ceramsite was a raw material ratio of 20.0%fly ash,40.0%bottom ash,40.0%tuff,preheating temperature of 500℃,roasting temperature of 1100℃and roasting time of 10 min,and the resulting product exhibited a particle strength of 2014 N,bulk density of 890 kg/m^(3) and 1 h water absorption rate of 8.60%.(2)New phases,such as diopside,hedenbergite and wollastonite were formed during the roasting process,and that a rich porous structure was formed inside ceramsite.(3)The leaching concentrations of heavy metals(Cr,Ni,Zn,As,Cd,Pb)in ceramsite were much lower than“Integrated wastewater discharge standard”(GB 8978-1996).
