摘  要:以大豆为试材,采用超临界CO_(2)萃取技术,研究了大豆油脂提取过程的工艺参数设定,通过单因素试验与正交试验进行验证。结果表明:植物油脂原料需要果实饱满,油脂提取的最佳工艺为萃取压力15 MPa、萃取时间1.5 h、分离温度40℃、萃取温度40℃。其中萃取压力是最主要的影响因素,其余指标为次要影响因素,最优萃取率为30.15%。该研究为植物油脂提取提供参考依据。Taking soybean as the test material,the technological parameter setting in the process of soybean oil extraction were studied by supercritical CO_(2)extraction technology,which was verified by single factor test and orthogonal test.The results showed that the raw material of vegetable oil should had full fruit,and the best process of oil extraction was extraction pressure 15 MPa,extraction time 1.5 hours,separation temperature 40℃and extraction temperature 40℃.Among them,the extraction pressure was the most important factor,and the other indicators were the secondary factors.The optimal extraction rate was 30.15%.This study provides a reference for vegetable oil extraction.
