摘　　要：因地形限制、行业领域不同,悬臂浇筑钢筋混凝土拱桥的挂篮形式因结构变化而改变,很难有效二次利用,既不利于施工成本控制,也难以实现挂篮的快速设计及应用,本文提出一种装配式挂篮悬臂浇筑施工方法。以“倒三角”挂篮为模板,研制了一种适用于多种拱箱截面尺寸,能够实现三向尺寸和坡度调节,可形成制式杆件的装配式挂篮,并以此形成相应的装配式挂篮悬臂浇筑施工技术。该项技术已成功应用于贵州娅石庆特大桥与巴基斯坦Braseen桥,有效地降低了施工成本,保障了挂篮悬拼过程中的安全,解决了地形陡峭、深切峡谷及跨河流湖泊等条件下的钢筋混凝土箱形拱桥拱圈浇筑的施工难题。Due to the terrain limitations,different industries,cantilever casting reinforced concrete arch bridge hanging basket form due to structural changes and change,it is difficult to effectively secondary use,not only is not conducive to the control of construction costs,but also difficult to realize the rapid design and application of the hanging basket,this paper puts forward a kind of assembled hanging basket cantilever casting construction method.Taking the"inverted triangle"hanging basket as a template,a kind of assembled hanging basket which is applicable to a variety of cross-section sizes of arch box,able to realize three-way size and slope adjustment,and can be formed into a systematic rod is developed,and the corresponding assembled hanging basket cantilever casting construction technology is formed accordingly.This technology has been successfully applied to Yashiking Bridge in Guizhou and Braseen Bridge in Pakistan,which effectively reduces the construction cost,ensures the safety of hanging basket suspension,and solves the construction problems of casting the arch ring of reinforced concrete box arch bridges under the conditions of steep terrain,deep canyons and crossing rivers and lakes.
