摘  要:目的:探析在行胸部计算机断层扫描(CT)时采用不同成像参数对图像质量及有效辐射剂量的影响。方法:样本选取年限为2021年1月至2021年12月,样本例数为96例临床高度怀疑为肺癌的患者,分别对其行不同管电压(80kV、100kV、120kV)、不同管电流(15mAs、30mAs、100mAs)的胸部CT检查,比较不同成像参数检查所得图像的质量、噪声比(CNR)、信噪比(SNR)、有效辐射剂量、CT值,并分析图像质量与有效辐射剂量的关系。结果:随着管电压或管电流的升高,CT图像质量评分、SNR与CNR水平、有效辐射剂量水平均得到明显升高(P<0.05);随着管电压的升高,椎体CT值显著降低(P<0.05),而双肺CT值未发生较大变化(P>0.05);对图像质量与有效辐射剂量进行pearson分析结果显示,两者呈正相关关系(r=0.839,P<0.001)。结论:在胸部CT检查中,随着管电压与管电流的增加,扫描所得的图像质量与有效辐射剂量均有显著升高。Objective:To investigate the effects of different imaging parameters on image quality and effective radiation dose in chest computed tomography(CT).Methods:A total of 96 patients with highly suspected lung cancer were selected from January 2021 to December 2021 and underwent chest CT examination with different tube voltages(80kV,100kV,120kV)and tube currents(15mAs,30mAs,100mAs).The quality,noise ratio(CNR),signal to noise ratio(SNR),effective radiation dose and CT value of the images obtained by different imaging parameters were compared,and the relationship between the image quality and effective radiation dose was analyzed.Results:With the increase of tube voltage or tube current,CT image quality score,SNR and CNR levels and effective radiation dose levels were significantly increased(P<0.05).With the increase of tube voltage,the vertebral CT value was significantly decreased(P<0.05),while the double lung CT value had no significant change(P>0.05).Pearson analysis of image quality and effective radiation dose showed a positive correlation between them(r=0.839,P<0.001).Conclusion:In chest CT examination,with the increase of tube voltage and tube current,the image quality and effective radiation dose increased significantly.
