摘 要:电力设备的监测手段多样,但电力设备健康信息感知源单一,造成电力设备健康评估准确率不高,实用性有待加强。此外,现有在线监测系统不能融合电力设备健康状态、能源计量、用户数据传输及分析,无法实现区域电网内多电力设备动力系统的实时监控、能耗综合统计分析,从而达不到电力设备-用户的最佳用能平衡以及电力设备低碳运行。为此,提出一种基于D-S证据理论的多源信息融合方法,将变压器传感器所收集到的信息生成概率分布函数,弱化电力设备局放产生冲突的评估结果,提高其评估精度;构建一套集电力设备健康状态、能耗综合统计分析和高耗能负载设备特性于一体的电力设备能源管理系统。实用结果表明:多源信息融合方法有利于提升电力运维的精度和快速性;电力设备能源管理系统的应用,实现了电力设备-用户的最佳用能平衡,在电力设备低碳运行与节能降碳方面取得了良好的效果。There are various monitoring methods for power equipment,but the perception source of health information for power equipment is single,resulting in low accuracy of health assessment for power equipment,and its practicality needs to be strengthened.In addition,the existing online monitoring systems cannot integrate the health status of power equipment,energy metering,user data transmission and analysis,and cannot achieve real-time monitoring and comprehensive energy consumption statistical analysis of multiple power equipment power systems in the regional power grid,thus failing to achieve the optimal energy balance between power equipment and users and low-carbon operation of power equipment.To this end,a multi-source information fusion method based on D-S reasoning is proposed,which generates a probability distribution function from the information collected by transformer sensors,weakens the evaluation results of power equipment partial discharge conflicts,and improves its evaluation accuracy.A power equipment energy management system that integrates the health status,energy consumption comprehensive statistical analysis,and high energy consumption load equipment characteristics of power equipment is built.The practical results indicate that the multisource information fusion method can improve the accuracy and speed of power operation and maintenance.The application of the power equipment energy management system has achieved the optimal energy balance between power equipment and users,and has achieved good results in low-carbon operation and energy conservation and carbon reduction of power equipment.
