从“村BA”看中国式现代化与民族文化创新的互构实践

摘　　要：激发全民族文化创新创造活力,是新的历史起点上建设文化强国、建设中华民族现代文明的重要命题。新时代,民族村寨的文化传承与创新呈现新样态,成为助力民族地区同步实现现代化的重要推进力量。本文以贵州省黔东南苗族侗族自治州台江县台盘村举办的“村BA”及其以赛兴农、助旅、扶产等一系列实践为例,观察西部民族村寨在现代化进程中协调发展物质文明和精神文明并赓续中华文脉的过程,分析民族文化融合创新与中国式现代化互洽互构的过程以及民族文化创造性转化赋能乡村振兴的过程,进而解读“村BA”火遍全国的成功密码及其为何堪称“观察中国式现代化的一个窗口”,挖掘其中体现中华文明赋予现代化建设以底蕴、物质条件现代化又赋予中华文明以力量的基层经验。Stimulating the creative vitality of cultural innovation across the entire nation is a key proposition for building a culturally strong country and modernizing Chinese civilization.In the modernization process in the new era,cultural inheritance and innovation in the ethnic villages of China are presenting a variety of new features,which combine to form an important driving force to help the ethnic regions achieve modernization simultaneously.This article takes“Village BA Game”held in Taipan Village of Taijiang County in Southeast Guizhou Miao-Yao Autonomous Prefecture in Guizhou province as a case study,including a series of activities such as promoting agriculture,tourism and production,and reveals the process of the coordinated development of material civilization and spiritual civilization in the modernization process of such ethnic villages in west China,the inheritance of Chinese culture,the interdependent process of promoting the integration and innovation of ethnic cultures and quickening the construction of Chinese-style modernization,and the process of the creative transformation of ethnic cultures in energizing rural revitalization.The article finally analyzes the code for its successful popularity nationwide and the reason why it is called“a window to observe Chinese-style modernization”,and explores the grassroots experience in reflecting the fact that our modernization construction is endowed with much vitality from the rich implications of Chinese civilization while Chinese civilization is endowed with great vitality from our material modernization.
