摘  要:针对钛合金离心泵泵体铸造过程中存在的气缩孔缺陷问题展开研究。对原有铸造工艺进行优化设计,包括优化泵体结构、调整浇注位置、优化冒口设计等;然后,采用熔模精密铸造与石墨型两种铸造工艺对优化后的工艺进行验证。验证结果表明:优化工艺后铸件中气缩孔缺陷得到有效控制,同时可以保证整个铸造过程的稳定性和可控性。This article focuses on the problem of gas shrinkage defects in the casting process of titanium alloy centrifugal pump body.By adopting investment casting and graphite casting processes,the original casting process is optimized and designed,including adjusting the pouring position,riser design,and pump body structure optimization.After process optimization,the gas shrinkage defects in the castings are effectively controlled,while ensuring the stability and controllability of the entire casting process.The use of side pouring and reducing liquid reflux measures for centrifugal pump body castings is an effective way to improve the internal quality of castings.It can increase the first pass rate of castings to at least 90%,significantly improving the overall surface quality of castings.However,the shell precision casting method requires strict control during the shell making process in order to reduce the occurrence of inclusion defects in the casting.
