当归芍药散联合清心莲子汤治疗老年人脾肾气虚兼血瘀水肿型肾病综合征的临床观察

摘　　要：目的研究当归芍药散联合清心莲子汤治疗老年人脾肾气虚兼血瘀水肿型肾病综合征患者的临床疗效。方法随机将患者分为观察组和对照组,每组60例。对照组为西医常规治疗;观察组在对照组的基础上加服当归芍药散和清心莲子汤。评价两组患者治疗前后24h尿蛋白定量、肾功能(Scr、BUN)及中医各症状。结果治疗后,两组24h尿蛋白、肾功能均有明显好转,观察组各指标明显优于对照组(P<0.05),观察组气短懒言、神疲乏力、腰膝酸软症状改善与对照组有差异(P均<0.05);观察组在治疗后症状消失方面比对照组优(P均<0.05)。结论当归芍药散联合清心莲子汤对老年人脾肾气虚兼血瘀水肿型肾病综合征患者有显著性疗效,比常规的西医治疗效果更明显。Objective To study the clinical efficacy of Danggui Shaoyao powder combined with qingxinlianzi decoction in the treatment of elderly patients with nephrotic syndrome of spleen and kidney qi deficiency and blood stasisand edema.Methods The patients were randomly divided into observation group and control group,with 60 cases in each group.The control group received conventional Western medicine treatment;the observation group received Danggui Shaoyao Powder and Qingxin Lianzi Decoction on the basis of the control group.The 24-hour urine protein quantification,renal function(Scr,BUN)and traditional Chinese medicine symptoms of the two groups of patients before and after treatment were evaluated.Results After treatment,the 24-hour urine protein and renal function indicators in the observation group were significantly better than those in the control group(P<0.05).The improvement in symptoms of shortness of breath,laziness,fatigue,and weakness in the waist and knees in the observation group were different from those in the control group(P<0.05),and the observation group was better than the control group in terms of symptom disappearance after treatment(P<0.05).Conclusion Danggui Shaoyao powder combined with qingxinlianzi decoction has asignificant therapeutic effect on elderly patients with nephrotic syndrome of spleen-kidney qi deficiency and blood stasis and edema with no adverse events,which is more effective than conventional Western medicine treatment.
