中医结合群组管理模式在慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者中的应用效果

摘　　要：目的探讨中医结合群组管理模式在慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)患者中的应用效果。方法选取我院呼吸内科收治的136例COPD患者,随机分为对照组和观察组,每组68例。对照组采用常规护理,观察组在对照组的基础上实施中医结合群组管理模式。经过6个月的干预后,比较两组干预前后自我效能能力、健康相关质量和呼吸功能的改善情况。结果干预后,观察组的自我效能CSES评分、健康相关质量评价CRQ得分明显高于对照组(P均<0.05),呼吸功能BODE指数得分明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论中医结合群组管理模式能有效提高慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者的自我效能、生活质量、呼吸功能和疾病自我管理能力,增加患者对COPD疾病认知,改善患者身心健康。Objective To explore the application effect of traditional Chinese medicine combined with group management model in patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD).Methods 136 COPD patients admitted to the Department of Respiratory Medicine of our hospital were randomly divided into a control group and an observation group,with 68 cases in each group.The control group received routine care,while the observation group implemented a group management model integrating traditional Chinese medicine on the basis of the control group.After 6 months of intervention,the improvements in self-efficacy,health-related quality,and respiratory function were compared between the two groups before and after intervention.Results After the intervention,the self-efficacy CSES score and health-related quality evaluation CRQ score of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group(P<0.05),and the respiratory function BODE index score was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The combination of traditional Chinese medicine and group management model can effectively improve the self-efficacy,quality of life,respiratory function,and disease self-management ability of patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease,increase their awareness of COPD,and improve their physical and mental health.
