摘　　要：目的观察经方小青龙汤加石膏汤联合升降散治疗外感发热的疗效。方法选择2022年1月—2023年1月广东省中西医结合医院发热门诊收治的138例外感发热患者。随机分为经方治疗组和常规治疗组,各69例。经方治疗组采用小青龙汤加石膏汤联合升降散治疗,常规治疗组采用常规治疗。观察2组治疗后各项指标变化。结果经方治疗组临床有效率高于常规治疗组(P<0.05)。经方治疗组治疗后中医证候积分、退热起效时间和退热时间均优于常规治疗组(均P<0.05)。结论经方治疗外感发热疗效显著,值得临床推广。Objective To observe the curative effect of classical prescription Xiaoqinglong decoction combined with Shigao decoction in the treatment of exogenous fever.Methods A total of 138 patients with exceptional fever were selected from the fever clinic of Guangdong Provincial Hospital of Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine from January 2022 to January 2023.They were randomly divided into classical prescription treatment group and conventional treatment group,69 cases in each group.The classical prescription treatment group was treated with Xiaoqinglong decoction and Shigao decoction combined with Shengjiang powder,and the conventional treatment group was treated with conventional treatment.The changes of all indexes in 2 groups were observed after treatment.Results The clinical effective rate of the classical prescription treatment group was higher than that of the conventional treatment group(P<0.05).TCM syndrome score,onset time of fever reduction and fever reduction time were better than those of conventional treatment group(P<0.05).Conclusion Classical prescription is effective in treating exogenous fever,which is worthy of clinical popularization.
