摘　　要：天麻二陈汤源自明代秦景明《症因脉治》,为疏风化痰燥湿经典方,是治疗儿科肺脾肝经系统疾病的常用方。刘以敏教授临床依据天麻二陈汤主治病证的临床表现,在原方的基础上加减用药治疗各类儿科疾病,卓有成效。此文通过列举肺脾肝不同系统疾病的临床验案,分析刘以敏教授运用天麻二陈汤治疗小儿疾病经验,其中尽显中医辨证论治、异病同治的思想。Tianma Erchen decoction,derived from the Treatment of Symptoms and Pulses by Qin Jingming in Ming Dynasty,is a classic prescription for dispersing wind and eliminating phlegm and dampness,and is a common prescription for treating diseases of the lung,spleen and liver meridian system in children.Professor Liu Yimin,based on the clinical manifestations of the main syndrome types of Tianma Erchen decoction,added or subtracted the drugs on the basis of the original prescription for different pediatric diseases,and achieved remarkable results.This article listed the clinical cases of different diseases of lung,spleen and liver to analyze the characteristics of Professor Liu Yimin's use of Tianma Erchen decoction in the treatment of children's diseases,reflecting the idea of treating different diseases according to syndrome differentiation and treating different diseases with the same treatment in traditional Chinese medicine.
