摘  要:目的考察不同时期三叶青叶中酚类成分的变化规律,结合生物量探讨三叶青叶的最佳采收期。方法建立超高效液相色谱串联三重四级杆质谱法(UPLC-MS/MS)同时测定牡荆苷、异牡荆苷、荭草苷、异荭草苷、牡荆素鼠李糖苷、异牡荆素鼠李糖苷、荭草素鼠李糖苷、异荭草素鼠李糖苷、绿原酸、隐绿原酸和新绿原酸11种酚类成分含量的方法;应用熵权TOPSIS法综合评价三叶青叶的最佳采收期。结果11种成分含量基本在3~5月份含量最高,生物量在5~11月份较大;熵权TOPSIS法综合评价显示三叶青叶采收期为5月份最优,6、4、7月份次之。结论三叶青叶采收期为4~7月份为佳。Objective To observe changes of phenolic components in Tetrastigma hemsleyanu leaves in different periods,and to discuss he optimum harvesting time of the leaves in combination with biomass.MethodAn ultra high performance liquid chromatography coupled to triple quadrupole mass spectrometry(UPLC-MS/MS)method has been established to simultaneously determine the contents of 11 phenolic compounds vitexin,isovitexin,orientin,isoorientin,vitexin-2"-O-rhamnoside,isovitexin-2"-O-rhamnoside,orientin-2"-O-rhamnoside,isoorientin-2"-O-rhamnoside,chlorogenic acid,neochlorogenic acid and cryptochlorogenic acid.The Technique for Order Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solution(TOPSIS)was used to evaluate the optimum harvest time of Tetrastigma Hemsleyanum leaves.Results The content of 1l components was the highest from March to May,and the biomass was larger from May to November.The comprehensive evaluation results of the entropy weigh TOPSIS showed that May was the best month,followed by June and April and July.Conclusion The best harvest period of Tetrastigma Hemsleyanu leaves from April to July.
