摘　　要：目的探究拉力监测小夹板治疗桡骨远端不稳定骨折的临床效果。方法选取2019年10月—2022年10月收治的60例桡骨远端不稳定骨折患者,随机分为观察组和对照组,各30例。分别予拉力监测小夹板和传统小夹板固定。比较2组治疗后各项临床指标。结果观察组治疗4周后的掌倾角、尺偏角、桡骨高度、影像学评分、腕关节功能评分均优于对照组(P<0.05)。去夹板后4周,观察组腕关节功能评分优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论拉力监测小夹板可量化扎带拉力,提供恒定压力,治疗桡骨远端不稳定骨折具有良好疗效,值得临床推广。Objective To explore the clinical effect of tension monitoring splint in the treatment of unstable fracture of distal radius.Methods From October 2019 to October 2022,60 patients with unstable fracture of distal radius were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group,with 30 cases in each group.They were fixed with tension monitoring small splints and traditional small splints,respectively.The clinical indexes of the two groups were compared after treatment.Results After 4 weeks of treatment,the palmar inclination Angle,ulnar deviation Angle,radius height,imaging scores and wrist function scores of the observation group were better than those of the control group(P<0.05).4 weeks after the splint removal,the wrist function score of the observation group was better than that of the control group(P<o.05).Conclusion The tension monitoring splint can quantify the tension of the band,and provide constant pressure.The treatment of unstable fractures of the distal radius has a good effect and is worthy of further promotion.
