健脾化湿汤联合雷火灸治疗脾胃虚弱型功能性腹泻临床观察

摘　　要：目的探讨自拟健脾化湿汤联合雷火灸治疗脾胃虚弱型功能性腹泻临床疗效和安全性。方法将80例脾胃虚弱型功能性腹泻患者随机分为试验组和对照组,各40例。对照组给予西医常规疗法治疗,试验组在对照组基础上予以自拟健脾化湿汤和雷火灸治疗。治疗4个疗程后观察2组治疗效果和安全性。结果2组患者治疗期间均无不良事件发生,试验组总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。试验组治疗后症状积分优于对照组(P<0.05)。试验组复发率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论自拟健脾化湿汤联合雷火灸治疗脾胃虚弱型功能性腹泻具有较好的临床疗效和安全性,复发率较低,可在临床上单独应用或联合其他疗法应用。Objective To explore the clinical efficacy and safety of self-made Jianpi Huashi decoction combined with thunder fire moxibustion in the treatment of functional diarrhea with spleen and stomach deficiency type.Methods Eighty cases of functional diarrhea with spleen and stomach deficiency type patients were randomly divided into experimental group and control group,with 40 cases in each group.The control group was given conventional Western medicine treatment,and the experimental group was given self-made Jianpi Huashi decoction combined with thunder fire moxibustion on the basis of the control group.After 4 courses of treatment,the efficacy and safety of 2 groups were observed.Results No adverse events occurred in 2 groups during treatment,and the total effective rate of experimental group was higher than that of control group(P<0.05).Symptom score of experimental group was better than that of control group(P<0.05).The recurrence rate of experimental group was lower than that of control group(P<0.05).Conclusion self-made Jianpi Huashi decoction combined with thunder fire moxibustion in the treatment of functional diarrhea with spleen and stomach deficiency type has good clinical efficacy and safety,and the recurrence rate is low,which can be used in clinical application alone or combined with other therapies.
