摘  要:目的探究承气芪归汤联合早期肠内营养对预防心脏体外循坏术后胃肠道功能作用。方法选取62例心脏体外循环手术患者,按照随机数字表法分为治疗组35例,对照组27例。对照组予常规治疗及术后第1天就给予肠内营养支持,治疗组在对照组基础上给予承气芪归汤治疗,观察2组治疗前后相关营养指标和胃肠道症状变化。结果2组患者治疗后总蛋白、白蛋白均高于治疗前(P<0.05),且治疗组前白蛋白指标优于对照组(P<0.05);治疗组腹胀、胃潴留情况和4 d内排便发生率均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论承气芪归汤联合早期肠内营养能促进术后患者胃肠道功能恢复,改善营养状况。Objective To explore the effect of Chengqi Qigui decoction combined with early enteral nutrition on preventing gastrointestinal function after cardiopulmonary bypass.Methods A total of 62 patients with cardiac cardiopulmonary bypass surgery were selected as subjects,and they were divided into treatment group of 35 cases and control group of 27 cases according to random number table method.The control group was given conventional Western medicine treatment and enteral nutrition support on the first day after surgery,and the treatment group was given Chengqi Qigui decoction on the basis of the control group.The changes of related nutritional indexes and gastrointestinal symptoms before and after treatment were observed.Results After treatment,the total protein and albumin in 2 groups were higher than before treatment(P<0.05),and the pre-albumin index in treatment group was better than that in control group(P<0.05).The incidence of abdominal distension,gastric retention and defecation within 4 days in the treatment group were better than those in the control group(P<O.05).Conclusion Chengqi Qigui decoction combined with early enternal nutrition can promote the recovery of gastrointestinal function and improve nutritional status.
