雷火灸联合五加生化胶囊促进产后子宫复旧临床观察

摘　　要：目的探讨雷火灸配合五加生化胶囊口服促进产后子宫复旧的临床效果。方法选取2022年1月—2023年1月院内产后子宫复旧治疗的79例产妇,按随机数字表法分为观察组(40例)和对照组(39例)。对照组予五加生化胶囊治疗,观察组在此基础上加雷火灸治疗。比较2组产妇子宫复旧效果。结果观察组子宫复旧效果、产后3 d恶露量、恶露和腹痛持续时间、中医证候评分、宫底高度和子宫三径之和的指标均优于对照组(P<0.05);2组不良反应发生率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论雷火灸配合五加生化胶囊能有效提高产后子宫复旧的临床效果,缩短症状持续时间,缓解中医证候,加速恢复子宫形态。Objective To explore the clinical effect of thunder-fire moxibustion combined with oral administration of Wujia Shenghua capsule on promoting postpartum uterus involution.Methods A total of 79 puerperae with postpartum uterus involution were enrolled as the research objects between January 2022 and January 2023.According to random number table method,they were divided into observation group of 40 cases and control group of 39 cases.The control group was treated with Wujia Shenghua capsules,while observation group was additionally treated with thunder-fire moxibustion.The uterus involution effect,TCM syndrome,uterus involution and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups before and after treatment.Results The indexes of uterine involusion effect,postpartum lochia volume,duration of lochia and abdominal pain,TCM syndrome score,fundal height and the sum of uterine diameter in the observation group were better than those in the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>O.05).Conclusion Thunder-fire moxibustion combined with Wujia Shenghua capsule can effectively improve clinical effect,reduce the duration of symptoms,relieve TCM syndromes and recover uterine morphology in puerperae with postpartum uterus involution.
