药浴联合捏脊在新生儿黄疸护理中的应用

摘　　要：目的探究中药洗浴联合捏脊在新生儿黄疸护理中的应用。方法将72例黄疸患儿随机分为2组,36例对照组予以新生儿常规护理,36例观察组在对照组基础上予中药洗浴联合捏脊。评估2组治疗后各项指标。中医证候积分,记录光疗时间、黄疸消退时间及胎便转黄时间,统计患儿家属护理满意度情况。结果观察组治疗后巩膜黄染、皮肤黄染及小便颜色积分、光疗时间、黄疸消退时间、胎便转黄时间均优于对照组(均P<0.05);观察组患儿家属对护理工作满意度高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论应用中药洗浴联合捏脊临床护理新生儿黄疸效果显著,可减轻黄疸症状,加速黄疸消退及胎便转黄,缩短治疗时间,且有利于护理满意度的提升,值得临床借鉴与推广。Objective To explore the application of Chinese medicine bath combined with chiropractic in the care of neonatal jaundice.Methods 72 young children with jaundice were randomly divided into two groups.The control group of 36 caes received routine neonatal care,and observation group of 36 cases received Chinese medicine bath combined with chiropractic on the above basis for 5 d.The points of TCM syndrome in the two groups were evaluated,the time of phototherapy,the time of jaundice regression and fetal yellow turn were recorded,and the nursing satisfaction of the children was counted.Results Scleral yellow stain,skin yellow stain and urine color score,light therapy time,jaundice resolution time and fetal stool yellow turn time in observation group were better than those in control group(all P<0.05).The satisfaction of family members in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion In the nursing of neonatal jaundice,the application of Chinese medicine bath and chiropractic clinical care can reduce the symptoms of jaundice,accelerate jaundice regression and fetal yellow,shorten the treatment time,and facilitate the improvement of nursing satisfaction,which is worthy of clinical reference and promotion.
