中药足浴联合电针治疗产后骶髂关节紊乱临床研究

摘　　要：目的观察中药足浴电针联合治疗对产后骶髂关节紊乱的治疗效果。方法将120例产后骶髂关节紊乱患者按照随机数字表法分为治疗组与对照组。治疗组60例,接受中药足浴加电针治疗,每周5次,共2周;对照组60例,接受电针治疗,每周5次,共2周。各组视觉模拟评分法(VAS)数值、Oswestry功能障碍指数(ODI)评价时间节点为治疗1周、2周后。结果治疗组显愈率对照组,治疗1周后,对照组、治疗组VAS、ODI评分比较,差异无统计学意义;治疗2周后,对照组、治疗组VAS、ODI评分比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论中药足浴联合电针、电针治疗对产后骶髂关节紊乱均有较好治疗效果,中药足浴联合电针治疗效果更优。Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of Chinese medicine foot bath combined with electroacupuncture in the treatment of postpartum sacroiliac joint disorder.Methods According to the random number table method,120 patients of postpartum sacroiliac joint disorder were randomly divided treatment group and control group.The treatment group of 60 cases received Chinese medicine foot bath and electroacupuncture treatment,5 times a week for 2 weeks.The control group of 60 patients received electroacupuncture treatment,5 times a week for 2 weeks.VAS and Oswestry Disability Index(ODI)were evaluated 1 week and 2 weeks after treatment.Results The significant recovery rate in the treatment group was higher than that in the control group.After 1 week of treatment,there was no significant difference in VAS and ODI scores between the two groups.After 2 weeks of treatment,VAS and ODI scores between the control group and treatment group were significantly different(P<0.05).Conclusion Chinese medicine foot bath combined with electroacupuncture and electroacupuncture have better therapeutic effect on postpartum sacroiliac joint disorders,and Chinese medicine foot bath combined with electroacupuncture has better therapeutic effect.
