宁心安眠方治疗微血管性心绞痛合并睡眠障碍临床观察

摘　　要：目的通过观察宁心安眠方治疗微血管性心绞痛合并睡眠障碍的患者,探讨其临床疗效以及安全性。方法选择山东中医药大学第二附属医院就诊的102例微血管型心绞痛患者,随机分为对照组和观察组。2组均予以常规西药治疗,观察组在此基础联合宁心安眠方治疗。治疗周期为4周,比较2组中医症状疗效、心绞痛疗效以及匹兹堡睡眠质量量表评分(PSQI)变化,并观察其安全性。结果观察组治疗效果显著,中医症状改善、心绞痛症状改善及PSQI量表评分改善均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),且无用药不良事件发生。结论宁心安眠方治疗微血管性心绞痛合并睡眠障碍安全有效。Objective To investigate the clinical effect and safety of Ningxin Anmian formula in the treatment of microvascular angina pectoris complicated with sleep disorders.Methods A total of 102 patients in The Second Affiliated Hospital of Shandong University of Traditional Chinese Medicine who met the standard of sodium intake were selected and randomly divided into control group and observation group.Both groups were treated with conventional Western medicine,and the observation group was treated with Ningxin Anmian formula.The treatment period was 4 weeks.The efficacy of TCM syndrome,angina and Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Scale score(PSQI)were compared between the two groups,and the safety was observed.Results The curative effect of the observation group was significant,the improvement of TCM syndrome,angina symptoms and PSQI scale score of the observation group were better than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Ningxin Anmian formula is safe and effective in the treatment of microvascular angina pectoris complicated with sleep disorders.
