摘　　要：目的通过数据挖掘分析《普济方》中治疗眩晕的病机依据以及常用药物和处方,以期为临床用药及试验研究提供部分思路。方法收集《普济方》中关于治疗眩晕的处方,对药物进行频次统计、性味归经、关联规则及聚类分析,并对结果进行归纳。结果共筛选出314首方剂,包括中药346味,功效以平肝、祛风、祛痰为主,药性以温、平、寒为主,药味以苦、辛、甘为主,归经以肝、肺、脾为主。关联规则分析得出16组药物组合,聚类分析出4大处方。结论《普济方》中主要从祛风祛痰2方面治疗眩晕,其中处方二陈汤、九味羌活汤以及附子理中汤合苓桂术甘汤加味治疗眩晕的临床应用及药理作用有待于进一步研究。Objective Through the mining of the prescription data of vertigo in Puji Fang,the largest existing prescription book in China,to study and analyze the pathogenesis basis of vertigo in the book,and to summarize the treatment methods,common drugs and prescriptions,so as to provide some ideas for clinical medication and further experimental research.Methods The prescriptions for vertigo recorded in Puji Fang were collected.SPSS software was used to analyze the frequency of drugs,their properties,tastes and meridiens,association rules and cluster analysis,and the results were summarized.Results A total of 314 prescriptions were screened out,including 346 Chinese herbs.The effects were mainly aimed at soothing the liver,dispelling wind and phlegm,the properties were mainly warm,calm and cold,the flavors were mainly bitter,spicy and sweet,and the meridians were mainly directed to liver,lung and spleen.Association rule analysis yielded 16 drug combinations.Cluster analysis identified four major prescriptions.Conclusion In Puji Fang,vertigo is mainly treated by dispelling wind and phlegm.The analysis of medication and prescription provides certain ideas for clinical medication.Among them,the clinical application and pharmacological effect of Erchen decoction,Jiuwei Qianghuo decoction,Fuzi Lizhong decoction and Linggui Zhugan decoction with modified new prescription for vertigo need to be further studied.
