小儿石蔻散联合双歧杆菌四联活菌片治疗儿童消化不良性腹泻临床观察

摘　　要：目的 探讨小儿石蔻散联合双歧杆菌四联活菌片治疗儿童消化不良性腹泻的有效性。方法 将100例消化不良性腹泻患儿分为治疗组和对照组,每组50例。观察2组患儿腹泻、呕吐、腹胀、腹痛及大便性状改变的缓解时间,2组患儿治疗前后1 d内排便次数变化。结果 治疗组临床总有效率高于对照组;治疗后,乙组患儿腹泻、呕吐、腹胀、腹痛症状消失的时间缩短,大便性状改善时间缩短,排便次数减少,且治疗组优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),2组患者均未见不良反应。结论 小儿石蔻散联合双歧杆菌四联活菌片治疗儿童消化不良性腹泻临床疗效确切,缩短治疗时间,安全有效。Objective To explore the efficacy of Xiaoer Shikou powder combined with bifidobacterium quadruple viable tablets in the treatment of dyspepsia diarrhea in children.Methods 100 children with dyspeptic diarrhea were divided into treatment group and control group,with 50 cases in each group.The remission time of diarrhea,vomiting,abdominal distension,abdominal pain and changes in stool characteristics were observed in the 2 groups,and the frequency of defecation was changed within 1 day before and after treatment.Results The total clinical effective rate of the treatment group was higher than that of the control group.After treatment,the time for the symptoms of diarrhea,vomiting,abdominal distension and abdominal pain to disappear was shortened,the time for improvement of stool characteristics was shortened,the frequency of defecation in the treatment group was reduced after 1 day of treatment,and the treatment group was better than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),and no adverse reactions were observed in the 2 groups.Conclusion Xiaoer Shikou powder combined with bifidobacterium quadruple viable tablets in the treatment of dyspepsia diarrhea in children is effective,can short treatment time,and is safe and effective.
