摘　　要：大肠癌为常见的消化道恶性肿瘤,其发病率正逐年上升,由于目前西医治疗有许多不良反应,人们的接受度和依从性不佳,而中医药在防治大肠癌方面有独特的优势,能大大提高患者的生存质量、延长其寿命。刘勤主任认为大肠癌虽然病位直接表现在肠道,但与脾胃关系十分密切,脾胃为气血生化的来源和气机升降的枢纽,若其功能失调,则水谷精微失于运化,水湿不化,而致“痰、湿、热、瘀”等病理产物在体内聚集,日久聚而成积。该病正虚为本,邪实为标,治疗当治病求本,治以“扶正祛邪”,扶正祛邪兼顾,使祛病邪不伤正气,扶正气不恋邪气,最终实现阴阳平衡。文章通过中医病因、中医病机、中医治疗、日常调护、病案举隅方面介绍刘勤主任治疗大肠癌的经验。Colorectal cancer is frequent digestive tract malignant tumors.Its incidence rate increased year by year.Because Western medicine treatment were many adverse reaction,people have poor acceptance and compliance.Traditional Chinese medicine has its unique advantages in the prevention and treatment of colorectal cancer,which can greatly improve survival quality of patients and prolong their life.Director Liu Qin believes that although the disease location of colorectal cancer is manifested in the intestine,but it is closely related to the spleen and stomach.The spleen and stomach are the source of qi⁃blood and the hub of movement.If its function is dysfunctional,water and grain can not be normal transported,which lead to produce the accumulation of“phlegm,dampness,heat and blood stasis”in the body and finally become the abdominal mass.Deficiency of healthy qi is the fundamental of the disease,pathological products were surface signs,treatment of disease should seek the root,which is strengthen healthy qi to eliminate pathogens,expelling evil does not hurt strengthening healthy qi,strengthening healthy qi does not hurt evil,finally to realize the balance of yin⁃yang.This article introduced Director Liu Qin’s experience in the treatment of colorectal cancer,which makes a thorough analysis of etiology of traditional Chinese medicine,traditional Chinese medical pathogenesis,traditional Chinese medicine treatment,daily nursing,and medical case.
