真武汤治疗阳虚水泛型脓毒症休克合并急性肾功能不全临床观察

摘　　要：目的观察真武汤治疗阳虚水泛型脓毒症休克合并急性肾功能不全的临床疗效。方法选取2020年1月—2021年6月厦门市中医院收治的60例阳虚水泛型脓毒症休克合并急性肾功能不全患者,随机分为治疗组和对照组各30例。对照组予常规集束化西医治疗,治疗组在对照组基础上加用真武汤治疗,研究比较组间各项临床症状及指标,并进行统计学分析。结果治疗后,治疗组的总有效率高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05),治疗后治疗组血清BUN、Scr及NT-proBNP水平低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组的血液净化平均治疗时间短于对照组,利尿剂的平均使用剂量少于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论阳虚水泛型脓毒症休克合并急性肾功能不全患者采用真武汤联合西药治疗具有显著的临床效果,值得临床推广应用。Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of Zhenwu decoction in treating septic shock complicated with acute renal insufficiency of yang deficiency induced water retention type.Methods Sixty patients with septic shock complicated with acute renal insufficiency of yang deficiency induced water retention type admitted to Xiamen Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2020 to June 2021 were randomly divided into a treatment group and a control group,with 30 cases each.The control group received conventional cluster Western medicine treatment,and the treatment group was treated with Zhenwu decoction on the basis of the control group.The clinical symptoms and indicators between the groups were compared,and statistical analysis was conducted.Results After treatment,the total effective rate of the treatment group was better than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,serum BUN,Scr and NT-proBNP levels in the treatment group were lower than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The average treatment time of blood purification in the treatment group was shorter than that in the control group,and the average dose of diuretics was less than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Zhenwu decoction combined with Western medicine in treating septic shock complicated with acute renal insufficiency of yang deficiency induced water retention type has significantly clinical effect and is worthy of clinical application.
