分期针刺治疗周围性面瘫临床观察

摘　　要：目的观察分期针刺治疗周围性面瘫的临床疗效。方法将70例周围性面瘫患者随机分为观察组和对照组各35例。观察组采用分期针刺治疗,对照组采用常规针刺治疗,2组患者均为每周治疗5次,连续治疗3周。采用面神经功能分级量表(House-Brackmann,H-B)面神经功能分级、面部残疾指数量表(Facial Disability Index,FDI)、中医症状积分于治疗前后进行评价。结果治疗后2组患者的评分H-B分级、FDI及中医症状积分较治疗前均明显改善(P<0.05);与对照组相比,观察组的H-B分级、FDI及中医症状积分改善更为明显(P<0.05)。结论与常规针刺相比较,分期针刺治疗周围性面瘫疗效显著,能有效改善面神经功能,值得临床推广应用。Objective To observe the clinical effect of acupuncture in stages on peripheral facial paralysis.Methods 70 patients with peripheral facial paralysis were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group,with 35 cases in each group.The observation group was treated with staged acupuncture,and the control group was treated with conventional acupuncture.Both groups were treated 5 times a week for 3 consecutive weeks.House⁃Brackmann(H⁃B),Facial Disability Index(FDI)and TCM syndrome score were used to evaluate before and after treatment.Results After treatment,the scores of H⁃B grading,FDI and TCM syndrome scores of both groups were significantly improved compared with those before treatment(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the H⁃B grade,FDI and TCM syndrome scores in the observation group were significantly improved(P<0.05).Conclusion Acupuncture treatment by stages for peripheral facial paralysis has significant effect,can effectively improve facial nerve function,which is worthy of clinical application.
