醒脾养儿颗粒联合金双歧治疗小儿腹泻临床观察

摘　　要：目的探讨醒脾养儿颗粒联合金双歧对腹泻患儿的疗效。方法选取2019年8月—2022年8月定南县第一人民医院收治的腹泻患儿82例,按随机数字表法分为2组,各41例。2组均给予基础治疗,对照组在此基础上给予金双歧治疗,观察组在对照组基础上给予醒脾养儿颗粒。比较2组患儿治疗效果及不良反应。结果观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组治疗后肠道功能、症状改善时间均短于对照组(P<0.05);观察组治疗后血清炎症因子水平低于对照组,免疫功能高于对照组(P<0.05);2组均未发现不良反应。结论醒脾养儿颗粒联合金双歧对腹泻患儿治疗效果明显,可促进患儿肠道、免疫功能恢复,缩短症状改善时间,降低炎症因子水平,且安全性高。Objective To investigate the effect of Xingpi Yanger granule combined with bifidobacterium lactobacillus triple viable tablets on intestinal function and symptom improvement time in children with diarrhea.Methods Eighty⁃two children with diarrhea from August 2019 to August 2022 were selected and divided into two groups according to the random number table,with 41 cases in each group.The control group was treated with bifidobacterium lactobacillus triple viable tablets,and the observation group was treated with Xingpi Yanger granule combined with bifidobacterium lactobacillus triple viable tablets for 5 days.The therapeutic effect,intestinal function,time of symptom improvement,serum levels of inflammatory factors,immune function and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of observation group was higher than that of control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the intestinal function index of observation group was lower,and the improvement time of symptoms was shorter than that of control group(P<0.05).The indexes of inflammatory factors and immune function in observation group were better than those in control group after treatment(P<0.05).There were no adverse reactions in both groups.Conclusion Xingpi Yanger granule combined with bifidobacterium lactobacillus triple viable tablets has obvious therapeutic effect on children with diarrhea,can promote the recovery and stability of intestinal and immune functions,shorten the time for symptom improvement,reduce the level of inflammatory factors,and has high safety.
