养阴清肺汤联合布地奈德雾化治疗慢性咽炎临床观察

摘　　要：目的 探讨养阴清肺汤联合布地奈德雾化吸入治疗慢性咽炎临床效果。方法 将92例慢性咽炎患者随机分为对照组和试验组,各46例。对照组开展布地奈德雾化吸入治疗,试验组开展养阴清肺汤加减联合布地奈德雾化吸入治疗。观察2组治疗前后临床症状和体征积分、炎症因子以及T淋巴细胞亚群水平,并计算临床总有效率。结果 试验组治疗后临床症状和体征积分低于对照组(P<0.05);炎症因子水平低于对照组(P<0.05);CD3^(+)、CD4^(+)和CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)高于对照组,CD8^(+)低于对照组(P<0.05);临床总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 养阴清肺汤联合布地奈德雾化吸入治疗慢性咽炎效果显著,能够改善患者症状和体征,增强免疫功能,降低炎症因子水平,提高疗效。Objective To explore the clinical effect of Yangyin Qingfei decoction combined with budesonide aerosol inhalation in treating chronic pharyngitis.Methods Ninety⁃two patients with chronic pharyngitis were randomly divided into control and experimental groups,with 46 cases in each group.The control group conducted budesonide atomization inhalation treatment,and the experimental group conducted Yangyin Qingfei decoction combined with budesonide atomization inhalation treatment.The levels of clinical symptoms and signs integral,inflammatory factors,and T lymphocyte subsets were observed before and after treatment in group 2,and the total clinical response rate was calculated.Results The scores of clinical symptoms and signs in experimental group were lower than those in control group after treatment(P<0.05).The level of inflammatory factors was lower than that of control group(P<0.05).CD3^(+),CD4^(+)and CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)were higher than control group,and CD8^(+)was lower than control group(P<0.05).The total clinical effective rate was higher than that of control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Yangyin Qingfei decoction combined with budesonide aerosol inhalation has a significant effect on chronic pharyngitis,which can improve the symptoms and signs,enhance immune function,reduce the level of inflammatory factors,and improve the curative effect.
