基于治未病理论探讨调神畅志法针刺防治帕金森病

摘　　要：根据中医学脑神理论提出“脑神失职”为帕金森病的病机。现代医学“情绪应激”理论的精神-神经-内分泌-免疫网络调节机制。将“脑神失职”机制和“情绪应激”理论相结合提出“调神畅志”用于帕金森病的治未病中,即“心脑同治,调神畅志”的治则治法,并分别从脑神理论、治未病理论和针刺疗法的角度论述此治则治法及其指导下的针刺和取穴的合理性,以期为临床防治帕金森病提供更广阔的思路。According to the brain theory of traditional Chinese medicine,“dysfunction of brain mind”is proposed as the pathogenesis of Parkinson’s disease.The mental-neuro-endocrine-immune network regulation mechanism of modern medical“emotional stress”theory.Combining the mechanism of“dysfunction of brain mind”and the theory of“emotional stress”,it is proposed that“regulating mind and smoothing mind”is used in the prevention of disease of Parkinson’s disease,that is,the principle of“treating mind and brain simultaneously,regulating mind and mind”treatment method,and the rationality of the treatment method and the acupuncture and acupoint selection under the guidance of the brain theory,the preventive treatment theory and acupuncture were discussed separately,in order to provide a broader idea for clinical prevention and treatment of Parkinson’s disease.
