摘　　要：原发性肺癌是指起源于肺部支气管黏膜或腺体的恶性肿瘤,属于中医学“肺积”“肺岩”等疾病范畴。刘德山教授从事肺癌诊疗工作多年,临床经验宏丰,结合肺癌的病位、病机、临床表现,提出从胸痹论治肺癌的观点。临床以瓜蒌薤白半夏汤为主方,加减化裁,屡获显效。文中分别从肺癌与胸痹的联系、瓜蒌薤白半夏汤方义、临床用药经验等方面进行阐述,供临床参考,以飨同道。Lung cancer is a malignant tumor originating from the bronchial mucosa or glands of the lung.In traditional Chinese medicine,lung cancer is a disease of lung mass.Professor Liu Deshan has been engaged in the diagnosis and treatment of lung cancer for many years and accumulated rich experience.According to the location,pathogenesis,and clinical manifestations of lung cancer,Professor Liu puts forward the view that lung cancer can be treated from chest impediment and takes Gualou Xiebai Banxia Decoction as the main prescription.This paper elaborates on the connection between lung cancer and chest impediment,the interpretation of Gualou Xiebai Banxia Decoction,and the clinical medication experience,aiming to provide a reference for relevant research and clinical practice.
