摘　　要：文章总结了李新民教授从三焦枢机论治小儿肾病综合征(Nephrotic syndrome,NS)的临床经验。李新民教授认为三焦枢机不利为肾病综合征的基本病机,并贯穿NS始终。临证治疗提出从三焦气机角度分期辨证论治小儿肾病综合征,依据病机和病程的不同分别提出疏理上焦肺脏枢机,佐以通利;疏理中焦脾胃枢机,佐以运补;疏理下焦少阳肝胆枢机,佐以通络等不同治法,形成“依据病机,参照病期,明辨三焦,分期辨证论治”的治疗总则,临证疗效显著。This paper summarized Professor Li Xinmin′s clinical experience in treating pediatric nephrotic syndrome(NS)from the perspective of Cardinal Sanjiao.Professor Li Xinmin believes that Cardinal Sanjiao is the basic pathogenesis of NS and runs through NS.In terms of clinical treatment,Professor Li Xinmin proposes to treat pediatric NS by stage differentiation from the perspective of Cardinal Sanjiao.According to the difference in pathogenesis and course of disease,it is suggested that the lung cardinals in the upper-jiao should be treated with drugs of promoting blood circulation.Spleen and stomach cardinals in the middle-jiao should be treated with drugs of tonifying.Hepatobiliary cardinals in the lower-jiao Shaoyang should be treated with drugs of dredging collaterals,forming the general treatment principles of following the pathogenesis,observing the disease period,discerning three jiao,and conducting stage treatment,with significant curative effect.
