摘　　要：痛风是由于慢性嘌呤代谢障碍,尿酸生成过多和(或)尿酸排泄减少,导致血尿酸水平升高,过饱和的尿酸从血液或组织液中析出并沉积在局部组织中,诱发局部无菌性炎症及组织损伤的一种代谢性、异质性疾病。文章通过总结魏军平教授治疗痛风的经验,在临床治疗上博采众方,提出利湿降浊分期辨证治疗,重视扶助正气、健运脾胃,同时积极关注现代医学检验指标,疗效显著,值得在临床上推广应用。Gout is a metabolic and heterogeneous disease.Chronic purine metabolism disorders,together with excessive uric acid production and/or decreased uric acid excretion,elevate the blood uric acid level.The oversaturated uric acid precipitates from the blood or tissue fluid and deposits in the local tissue,inducing local aseptic inflammation and tissue damage.This article summarizes Professor Wei Junping′s experience in treating gout.Referring to the diverse formulas used in clinical treatment,he proposes a staged treatment idea based on syndrome differentiation by eliminating dampness and descending turbidity,with emphasis on reinforcing healthy qi and invigorating the spleen and stomach.At the same time,he pays attention to modern medical testing indicators and has achieved satisfactory therapeutic effects.The experience of Professor Wei in treating gout is worthy of promotion and application in clinical practice.
