摘　　要：多囊卵巢综合征(Polycystic ovary syndrome,PCOS)是女性生殖内分泌领域的难题,其影响具有不可治愈性、异质性和终身性,贯穿整个生命过程。PCOS的病因病机尚不明确,可能与遗传有关,其他如肥胖、环境等因素影响个体症状的发展,使其具有异质性。卵巢多囊状态会导致患者进一步出现代谢的异常,并增加患糖尿病及心血管疾病的发病风险。中西医对多囊卵巢综合征的治疗各有优势,文中对多囊卵巢综合征合并糖脂代谢异常的机制及中西医治疗进行整理综述,以期为临床治疗提供更多的参考。Polycystic ovary syndrome(PCOS)is a difficult problem in the field of female reproductive endocrinology,which is incurable,heterogeneous,and lifelong and affects women throughout their life.The etiology and pathogenesis of PCOS are still unclear,which may be related to genetics.Other factors,such as obesity and environment,affect the development of individual symptoms,making PCOS heterogeneous.PCOS can lead to further metabolic abnormalities and increase the risk of diabetes and cardiovascular diseases.Both traditional Chinese and Western medicine are superior in the treatment of PCOS.This article summarizes the mechanism of PCOS complicated with abnormal glucose and lipid metabolism and the treatment of traditional Chinese and Western medicine,so as to provide more reference for the clinical treatment of this disease.
