摘 要:为改善工厂化大棚集中漂浮育苗在长期低温阴雨天气时棚内湿度偏大、烟苗螺旋根易生、根系不发达、苗弱易发病等现状,本文对现有育苗大棚改装了环境调节系统,分析了自动主动排湿设备在烤烟育苗中的应用效果。结果表明:改装了环境调节系统的育苗大棚对烤烟苗的影响,在累计光照时长和气温较低的天气条件下效果明显,可加快烤烟苗出叶速度,缩短苗床期5 d;同时显著增加了烤烟苗的茎围,促进了烤烟苗根系发育及干物质积累,提高了烤烟苗素质;每个育苗大棚可降低温湿度管理成本479元,有利于减工降本、提质增效。In order to improve the current situation of high humidity,easy growth of tobacco spiral roots,underde-veloped root systems and weak disease susceptibility in factory greenhouse centralized floating seedling cultivation under long-term low temperature and rainy weather,this paper modified the existing seedling greenhouse with an envi-ronmental regulation system and analyzed the application effect of automatic active dehumidification equipment in tobacco seedling cultivation.The results showed that the effect of modified environmental regulation systems on tobacco seedlings in greenhouse cultivation was significant under accumulated light duration and low temperature weather conditions.It could accelerate the leaf emergence rate of tobacco seedlings and shorten the seedling bed period by 5 days;at the same time,it significantly increased the stem circumference of tobacco seedlings,promoted root system development and dry matter accumulation,and improved the quality of tobacco seedlings;each seedling greenhouse could reduce the manage-ment cost of temperature and humidity by 479 yuan,which was beneficial for reducing work and costs,improving quality and efficiency.
