县域医共体信息化平台建设探究

摘　　要：县域医共体的建设离不开信息化的支撑和保障,信息化平台建设能够有效整合医共体成员单位线上线下资源,共享区域内居民健康档案等资源,实现医共体内诊疗信息互联互通。文章分析了县域医共体建设的重要性和必要性,提出从创建县域医共体数据资源中心、创建医共体业务共享平台、建设医院管理信息系统3个方面设计医共体信息化平台,从根本上实现医共体成员单位内资源的统一和共享,重组和优化了就诊流程,提升了基层医疗服务能力,改善了民众就医便利度和感受度,推动了医疗卫生领域改革。The construction of county-level medical communities cannot be separated from the support and guarantee of informatization.Informatization platforms can effectively integrate online and offline resources among medical community member units,share regional residents'health records and other resources,and achieve the interconnection of diagnosis and treatment information within the medical community.The importance and necessity of building county-level medical community were fully analyzed in this paper.Design of medical community information platform was proposed from three aspects,including county-level medical community data resource center,medical community business sharing platform and hospital management information system.The medical community information platform will fundamentally achieve the unity and sharing of resources within the medical community members,restructure and optimize the medical treatment process,enhance the capacity of grassroots medical services,improve the convenience and perception of medical treatment among the public,and promote reform in the medical and health field.
