摘　　要：随着我国城市化进程的加快,传统的治理方式与质量与城市运营发展的要求越来越不相适应。本文研究了基于BIM+3D GIS的智慧城市管理方法,构建了基于BIM+3D GIS的智慧城市管理平台,并详细阐述了“数字城市”的功能,为构建智慧城市奠定了一定的基础。With the acceleration of urbanization in our country,traditional governance methods and quality are becoming increasingly incompatible with the requirements of urban operation and development.This paper studies the smart city management method based on BIM+3D GIS,constructs a smart city management platform based on BIM+3D GIS,and elaborates on the functions of"digital cities",laying a certain foundation for building smart cities.
