摘 要:传统的分包模式在项目管理中存在着信息不对称、沟通成本高等问题,而工程总承包模式通过将设计、施工、采购等环节整合于一体,试图解决这些问题。近年来,许多工程项目采用总承包模式,其良好的协同效应和高度集成的管理方式在业界取得显著成果,深入了解总承包模式的各个方面,对于提高工程项目管理水平、降低成本、提高效益具有积极的意义。The traditional subcontracting model has problems of information asymmetry and high communication costs in project management,while the engineering general contracting model attempts to solve these problems by integrating design,construction,procurement and other links.In recent years,many engineering projects have adopted the general contracting model,which has achieved significant results in the industry due to its good synergy and highly integrated management methods.A deep understanding of various aspects of the general contracting model is of positive significance for improving the level of engineering project management,reducing costs,and improving efficiency.
